So, grab a piece of paper:
One section: what do you like about you?
Second section: what do you dislike about you and/or your current circumstances in life?
Third section: what is in your power to change?
Fourth section: what cannot be changed? (E.g like things that have already happened to you)
Stand outside of yourself:
What praise do you give that person (you)?
What advice would you give them based on what they wrote about themselves?
Does how you see you internally and how you view you with external eyes match? Do you offer yourself more grace and kindness with outside eyes?
Does your inner critique talk louder than your inner cheerleader?
By looking at what you are and what is in your power to change…You can begin to be kinder to yourself. To stop spinning plates that are just taking your energy.
You can focus on what the inner you and outer you agree are priorities for helping you truly see who you are…and ultimately what you are here for…
